Anthropologist and service designer
CV
Professional summary
A social scientist with a Master’s degree in Anthropology, I’ve been working with research since 2007 — academic and/or market-driven, for both public and private sectors. My focus has always been on developing context-sensitive insights and solutions grounded in people’s voices.
In 2019, I began expanding my training toward more practical applications: I studied design thinking and service design, and I see design as an excellent way to make the depth of research more tangible — with both feet firmly planted in the real-world context.
I love what I do: being a bridge between different realities — and sometimes not-so-distant ones! I’m great at connecting with people, I communicate clearly in both speaking and writing, and I adapt easily to new environments and challenges.
Oh, and I’ve also ventured into entrepreneurship twice, in completely different fields (translation and flowers!). I’ve taught in a postgraduate program, and I’ve worked as an English and Spanish teacher.

Skills
How can I help you?
I bring depth and understanding to people’s contexts and behaviors — and transform that into projects, solutions, and strategic guidance.
By combining anthropology and service design, I stay grounded in real-life application without losing sight of complexity.
If you connect with my work but aren't sure how it fits your needs, how about we talk?
